Best regards, BKK Got no idea but I'll ask Scott Eipper on here, got the parents from him as hatchlings. I think the parents are kind of drab looking but I like them. This 1 was the brightest of the 4 live (9 slugs) I got from her. This is him at 2 days old & mum about to deliver the rest.

| A very nice Taxon! Wish that the will breed here also in the future, some of the first real praelongus that I´ve seen. Thanks for the pic´s Nigel!
You Guys in Australia must be very lucky to have them ,,in front´´ of you doors. Acanthophis are my absolute favorite Elapid Genus!

And I think most of us take them for granted down here, however with the albino's now happening things are getting "tasty" with praelongus-well in my opinion.

| Acanthophis are my favourite genus too. Your praelongus are really first that I see on this forum and they are owesome. You say Albino's also exist? That I'd really like to see.
Best regards, BKK | |

| Looks gravid to me too, Nigel, but it's late in the season! Mine dropped mid-March this year and I have had them drop as late as mid-April in the past, but mid-May is very late. Good stuff, looking forward to hearing all about it - and seeing the pics!
