| Hi, I used some time during my summer job in Peters reptile zoo to take "a few" pictures. Now I'm done with the sorting and editing and want to share some of them.  Bitis rhinoceros  Dendroaspis angusticeps  Naja melanoleuca  Naja haje "legionis"  Varanus exanthematicus  Oxyuranus microlepidotus juvenile  Crotalus oreganus  Crotalus polystictus juvenile  I think you'll like them  and I can really recommend a visit to this outstanding exhibion! regards Markus

| I was very often photographing in Peters zoo but I never got the Zamensis ... these little critters always seem to hide. Next time I'll ask Peter to take it out for me. IMHO a very very nice snake.

In one month working in the zoo I have seen them maybe four times (including the feeings)?  These guys are extremely shy and hide most of the time... This one was lying in this hollow in a branch in front of the glass, so I took my chance to get this shot.
