| Hi Piotr,
I know you like this species because I saw pics with your snakes. In 2009 I had 16 babies from three females.

| Hi Alexandru, very nice and intressting ammodytes do you have! The looks very similar to some of the Slovenian and Austrian ranges. I have had some Rumanian ammodytes years ago, but my was from the Deva Population, the looks not like this. Maby in the future you add some Habitat Photos??

Yes. You can see the babies in the above photos and today we had the first copulation for this year! We expect now more to follow.

| You should sleep more and recover yourself, James. Would be hard to waive your refreshing comments for a couple o' days, but we'll stand that. | |

Hello Courtney, Yes, it is really beautiful that area. When the weather will be good enough I'll go there to take stones for my snakes. Alex

| I often collect rocks, branches & moss & lichens for caging. I haven't been out this year to do much of that, and I miss it. | |

| It's interesting to see how wooded and shady these locations are, compared to the more "typical" locations in open mediterranean scrub. Presumably the vipers are found in clearings and sunny spots? | |
