| Hi there, I'll just go on like the other comments, a great work you've done there!
How long had you to build this all? Do you have an idea of global price of your room? How do you manage temperature in the terrariums, through heating your room or every enclosure has it's own heater?
And finally could you post a picture of one of your enclosure with opened door, to see the closing system?
Thanks for sharing! |

| Thanks to all the nice comments! Of these 34 terrarium, 21 I had before, so I have now made 13 new and rearrange this a little more room than the previous, and that's all done for about a month ... That I was in total cost (and that of the past, and this new) around 3,000€ (terrarium, equipment, building and construction works, generator engine, etc. ..) Temperature control through the regulation of temperature in the whole room, where the night temperature 21-23C, a daily 26-28C, and the rest (in the lower zones) compensated temperature heat lighting... Outside the room is automatic generator that is included in the event of electricity failure... Half of the terrarium I opened a normal sliding system, and the other half so that the entire front page terrarium opens with hinges... I hope you understand me, because my English is terrible, sorry!... Open a terrarium with hinges | |

| like i said before gorgous set up , even though i prefere a little more depth and sliding doors in generell
the reason for more depth is cause of security distance between me and the animals when i do open cages
sliding door cause the climatic enviorment inside the cage stays a bit longer then when i open the whole front of the cage , when the whole front opens temp and humidity inside will drop instantly
but otherwise you have one of the nicest set ups i have seen osfar and i especialy like the nature like look you got in every cage

| Very nice snake room. You got me some interesting ideas for my own room. Man, the Agkistrodon in the last pic of the first row of photos (and its terrarium) is stunning...

| Thank you very much everyone! Yes Stephan , nothing can be 100% perfect, and you're right about the temperature and humidity! I realized that and correct the mistake, and made a new terrarium with sliding system... But honestly, even with this old sistem, with hinges, I no had big problems, to make this affected the health of animals, because as I said I warming up the entire room, and the difference between the temperature in the terrarium and in a room is only 2-3C, no more ...... As for depth, my original idea was to make longer and deeper terrarium, but in the end because of space it proved impossible, and I had to reduce the current size, how I fit all the terrarium for the snake, which I already have, and those that of my wish list as far as procurement... T. trigonocephalus terrarium: And again terrarium pictures that have already been shown, but which can be seen and some resident... (B. schlegelii, C. insularis and T. purpureomaculatus): | |

| Hi Predrag, some questions: what size are the arboreal setups for the Cryptelytrops insularis, Botriechis and T. venustus? How many individuals you have in those cages? I generally like to have venomous snakes housed separately for security reasons (mine and theirs-e.g.in feeding time), but I see that many people has arboreal crotalids housed in pairs or in groups, so I understand that as long as you offer enough space the problems are minimized. I ask you this because I'm just about to have to transfer some of my arboreals from their juvenile cages to their definitive homes.
Thanks and again congrats.

| Wow those are amazing! Are all of those live planted vivariums!? Or do you just have some very real looking fake plants lol either way they are stunning! I wish more american keepers would adopt the ideas of naturalistic housing... |

| Damn these look good! Now you only need to fill them with real plants and they would be perfect.. No but seriously, the fake plants look really nice too, not as lame as sometimes you see on terrariums.. | |

| Thanks all !!! @Israel, arboreal Terrarium which are currently 1.2 C. insularis, 0.3 B. schlegelii and 2.1 T. purpureomaculatus, the width 65, height 65 and depth 60 cm... All of these snakes are CB 09-10, so that is now the space enough, and later, when the grow, go into larger terrarium, one of which is already prepared, and he has dimensions 100 x 60 x 50, and the other two are angular, are under construction... Of course it is best to keep them apart, but because of space I can not, and to Now I have never had any problems with feeding and some security problem, because I am able to correctly evaluate the situation and possible problem ... @Jessica, Unfortunately, plants are fake, but more expensive and better made copies of real plants, so it is difficult to notice that they are false... In addition to bringing even greater responsibilities, with real plants I do not like it aesthetically, which you do not know what I am going to the flower pots that we disrupt the "natural" look of terrarium... @Stephan, of course I did not understand your comment as a criticism and wrong, what's more, I'm glad you expressed your opinion that i absolutely support! As I said, my main problem was the space, which to me was limited, so that I could not do everything properly and according to the instructions, but I still tried to possible errors minimize, and those mistakes that I made I will make up for high degree of attention ... And a few pictures, so I think that was a lot of me | |
