| I need information regarding how to transport a couple of vipers. Would it be possible take them with me inside my hand luggage of course within a safe cage? Thanks | |

| No. Look at the transport guidelines of e.g. Delta:
http://www.delta.com/planning_reservations/special_travel_needs/pet_travel_information/pet_requirements_restrictions/index.jsp?lang=en#
"Safety and security concerns for Delta personnel and customers prevent removal of live snake shipments from shipping containers. Delta will not accept shipments of live snake (venomous or non-venomous) or venomous reptiles for carriage from an unknown shipper. "
Other airlines the same. | |

| Ok, as you probably know recently a biplane crashed somewhere in Africa after a crocodile made all the passengers run away into the pilots cabin. The crocodile survived

| Hi Mario, I am just thinking of buying them at Hamm and come back to Madrid (Spain), perhaps the best solution would be ground shipping and waiting for their arrival, don't know, thanks | |

| Hi Alfonso, Spain and Germany are EU. So if there are problems shure not with customs, (if snakes are legal in spain). But with the airline. Usualy they acept when you're on the flight, with some regulation for the container. You should ask the airline what they demand. Mostly it's only paperwork, but can be longer then the roadtrip;-) Greetings Rene | |

| I'd also like to point out that it's not the best time of year to ship snakes by air or road courier. I'd be inclined to give a mate a couple of hundred euros for fuel and sit back and enjoy the scenery through Western Europe. You could also buy more snakes!! | |

| If your problem is that you cannot drive a car yourself, Tim´s proposal is the best idea. You can transport the snakes in the best way as you´re with them. Thanks to EU there are no more borders and customs from Germany to Spain, no additional paperwork or problems apart from regulations that you may have in Spain. But you would have to deal with those anyway. Just avoid passing through Belgium, they have special regulations concerning venemous snakes. | |
