Hey Scott,
I had 2.1 rossignolli here in USA, and I got the bigger male and the female to breed in 2008/2009 breeding season, and she laid a bunch of eggs but they all went bad. I have no other information from that breeding.
I put them together again on Nov. 1, 2009. I did not see them breed, but she laid a few bad eggs and 5 good eggs on Jan. 03, 2010. Three of the 5 went bad. The 2 remaining eggs hatched on April 3, 2010, and the sex ratio was 1.1. I could never get them to eat. I didn't measure the eggs or the hatchlings, but the deli cups in the photos are 17.14 cm in diameter, so you can guesstimate the sizes. The incubation temps were 26.6 C - 27.7 C.
Here are some details of the male and female:
I got male on April 28, 2001 and he was about 3' long.
On Dec. 19, 2010 he was 57" (144.7 cm) long.
Midbody - 17
Ventrals - 182
Subcaudals - 58 (All single)
Anal Plate-Divided
All head scales as in the book Dangerous Snakes of Australia by Mirtschin and Davis
I got female on Feb. 14, 2007 and she was about 3' Long
On Dec. 19, 2010 she was 51" (129.5 cm) long
Mid Body - 17
Ventrals - 196
Subcaudals - 49 (All single)
Anal Plate Divided
All head scales as in the book Dangerous Snakes of Australia by Mirtschin and Davis
