| Hi everybody,
I am a ambitioned hobby photographer and like snakes a lot. Due to the situation in my family I do not own a snake but I take every possibility to photograph them.
Some shots from me can be seen and commented here:

I really and honestly appreciate any - also critical - comments on these images.
All photos were done without flash through the glass of the vivariums.
If I identified some species incorrectly please inform me. This would be very appreciated!

i hope you will enjoy your time here... and i am sure, folk will ask lots of questions about shooting pictures.... another friend of mine, Marc Cox is also a very nice photographer i am sure, when he is back from his dive trips, you will have nice talks - from big interest for all of us...

Good to have You here with Your excellent pictures and Your knowledge as well.
Viewing Your pictures, I'm surprised again and again about the possible quality under those circumstances: no flash, trough glasses, without "helping" the snakes to sit in photogenic position, as You always refused to have special rights.
I'm looking forward with pleasure to your next visit in summer.

Well, it is like in nature: the good shots are simply a result of some "Selection". Trying thousands of takes and dismissing 99%. I won't show my bad ones here ;-)
But if I'll get a chance to photograph cobras or other interesting snakes out of their cage I won't regret, that's for sure ;-)
