| Hello Jon,
First, sorry my english is bad. here Penambuco here we are entering the rainy season. The temperatures are milder, at morning 23 ° C and 30 ° C to 3:00h pm. These specime of coral snake was found by my friend to 10: 00 am. The whole area is covered by Atlantic Forest .
It is a very common snake here in the region. Always meet during the day, mainly morning.
The frequency on average find a 1 coral snake every 1 months.

| Relatively important caption on part of the natural diet of Micrurus ibiboca an Amphisbaenidae. Further more im impressed on the girth and lenght of the prey relative to the skull or jaw expansion capabilities in Micrurus.
Thanks for that rare observation Alex , dont remember seeing something like this before in any text book.
