Why there not the Year of the Posting behind the Subject ?

Im still wondering,how old some postings are,becz. you only see the day and month.
Where ist the Year of the posting ?
Is there any reason why not ?
If not please change it,to make it more comfortable.

I was also wondering about the date of posts, for example I am always confused when I check if somebody sale some snakes, was it this year or last year.
So I agree with Hans and Peter.

I didn't know you cannot see the year - i can - in every, even the oldest postings.

We'll see if that can be fixed.

I agree with Hans, I also cannot see the year and would appreciate it if I could.

We have different possibilities of date formats to choose, Those who choosed a date format not containing the year, cannot see the year, it's that simple.
Go to profile, open your profile, and choose another date format. Don't forget to click on "Safe".

I did that on the profiles of the users who have posted here - please report!

I hope every user can open his profile and can change settings - otherwise the team has to do that for every single user, horrible.
I hate this software.

It allways annoyed me that I couldn't see the year. Now I can!

I'm wondering why so many users have lived without proper date and didn't ask earlier.

Thank you Peter. I am glad someone brought this up. I am fairly new on VL and had been wondering the same thing.

Another question, which has nothing to deal with the board, but with internet problems.
Any other users here having problems with Firefox?
I had some smaller problems the last few days, but the browser doesn't work for an hour now.
No computer problems, internet access okay (IE and Google Chrome do work well).
