| Congrats, Lourance!
Nothing's more cute than Naja hatchlings! Do you have more pics and some informations like clutch size, incubation time etc.?
Regards Peter

| Hi Peter.
I agree about Naja hatchlings been super cute.
I snapped those pics quickly this morning. I will give them a few days to settle and shed, then i will snap a few more them.
The female laid 6 nice eggs and 3 slugs. During the first few weeks of incubation 3 of the "good" eggs went bad. The 3 eggs took 69 days to hatch at 28.2 degrees celcius.
Thanks | |

| Hi Joshua, I noticed that you wright to post's which are quite old. Can it be that you don't see the full date of the post? For example this on is from Sat 06 Mar.2010 You can change the date in your profile, so that you can see the year to.
This pallida should be now 2 Years old. And they probably eat mice with out problems. Regards Ambros
You might be right, Ambros - i changed time settings on his account. Peter

I think any venomous snake IS too dangerous for young Josh. I do not like jokes about spitting cobra attacks. Most people won't get blind just from one spit - but in rare cases and under bad circumstances one could be dead within minutes. We've lost a member that way some time ago.... Maybe we should fix the minimum age at 18 again...... | |
