| Hello Michael,
If theses things doesn't work, you can try with some fish. The smell of the fishes is very attractive for some snakes. A friend of mine started a Bungarus fasciatus with some trout. in the wild i think that the young Naja eats some Amphibians. Perhaps you can try his too. Wish you all the best! Fred

a gekko will be good food but not without any risks. gekkos are too expensive and when they eat gekkos it can be that they don't accept other roddents. small pieces of chicken filet or some baby rats with a cruched skull works better i guess. cheers,

| I have never tried it with Naja naja, but with N. siamensis I have had good results scenting with wet cat food. Use pinkies with some sauce on them. Good luck! | |

| Hi together. Thanks for the Tipps. One of the two animals died today and the other is eating without problems now. Crushed heads at pinkies worked best! I forcefed the other animal, and today after i found her dead, i saw that she had a black stomach. For me it looks like rotten food in her stomach.
Regards Michael | |
