| I have to check, if I have some datas in my File-o-fax from the last years. But i think ,, around 2 months´´....but not sure. Mating I observed in late April (one time) and eggs one time in End of May and one time in June. But both times the eggs wasn´t good! I don´t incubate them. After this, I sell the group to Finnland. | |

After this, I sell the group to Finnland. Will you be attempting to incubate them this time, Peter? Nice snake, by the way!

| Yes Jean-henry is right about this! After some bad years with unfertile eggs, I sold the snakes with alot of Vipers to Finnland. I have never hear that the has breed with them, but I hope it will match in the future! | |

| Unfortunly I don´t has breed this species, one of the Vipers I´ve keep but never breed. A friend of mine has breed them years ago. He got more than 40 Eggs from a very large (170 cm) female. Hope for Jean-Henry that he can manage to breed them. A very nice species indeed. | |

| I do for all my snakes 3 month of hibernation at 7 degrees. They begin to mate after 2 weeks, cause this winter didn't be so fresh and the snakes began their activity inside the hibernation box.....
Regards.

| Hi Daniel, Yes, I did get them at last Decembers Hamm show, I did not get there myself, but a friend picked them up for me. At the moment they eat two large fluffy mice each every five days, they are stunning animals. My normal coloured male is very good natured, (for a palaestinae), but the striped female is like the devil, striking at anything that goes near her. Cheers, Brian. | |

Hi Brian, Don't worry, your male will change with the age..... I think palestine vipers had a similar caracter in comparaison with some cobra......Very inteligent snakes..... Just becarrefull with them.... My male was like yours at the begining, and he change sudently at the age of one and a half year.... the clothes do not make the man .....

Ah in that case i think i bought mine at the same time. I met breeder together with some people from UK that also had booked some palaestinae. And if i'm not wrong he told me he was only picking them up for a friend. Regards Daniel
