| Hi all, to make some trap-hide box i've used some plastic shoe box(like Iris,Rotho etc) drilled on the correct size and then i applied with epoxi glue the plastic window you can found in some vacuum cleaner bag model (Miele,Electrolux) then i paint with spray bottle. I hope it's useful for someone. Ciao Michele

| Hello!
I bought some vacuum cleener bags recently, not from Miele, but the closing machanism looks very similar. (http://www.interspar.at/medias/sys_master/productdetail/8804799447070.jpg_productdetail.jpg)
To me those meachanisms dont make a safe impression, if pressure is applied from the inside to the closed interlock it easily jumps out of the guiding rail - giving the snake free way. Also the plastic is very thin and easily bendable. I´d say that any earnest elapid would find out a way of such trap box easily.
Can anyone confirm, that Miele K/K Bags offer a better interlock?

| @Cristoph: i check now the miele mecanism and in my impressione it's ok, consider this box it's just a 5-10 minutes device just for cleaning the enclosure.
For all interested in painting a plastic box remember plastic need a grip spray before the color spray.
