'07 squam babies

I'm just showing off updated photos of some babies that I got late last year or early this year from friends who had some born. The first four are from my good friend Jim Campbell who was nice enough to share his good fortune with me, including some of the nicest of the two litters he had born.

#3 is the obvious one to lust over, but I am very hopeful about #4. It is very dark and almost black on top with the naked eye. The camera sees it as dark green. The parents were nice, so I don't think it will go all green on me.

Derek: I don't have any juveniles this year so far... My no. 1 mle died last summer and i think that the male i got now is gay ot impotent!

So i do hope that she have anything left inside her from last year when she gave me 13 lovely babies...

Derek, #4 is really good-looking too. Hopefully it stays as dark. I think it looks awesome because the light-colored tips and edges of the scales come out better from such a dark background. Beauty.

Thanks Al! I'm trying to get back to having a group that's big enough to produce enough babies to have some around almost all the time. Producing and raising babies is my true love and I am excited about having my first litters since 2006....it's been too long! Very Happy

I agree Christian. I really like how #4 is coming along, too. I really like the odd ball ones. This is the same snake that I posted the close-up pic of earlier and it really shows off the coloration of the scales:

I think that i´d advice you to get those squams to Christian as it is very important to get nice new squams here in Finland, as close to me as possible. It´s important because i have only one at the moment, but i hunger for more. Especially after pics like these Razz

Please, keep those pics coming. That male is one of the nicest males i´ve seen!

Thanks Stefan. I would love to get some of my animals to Christian and we've been talking about it for a while. If it ever works out I would be very happy because that would mean that some of his awesome babies would be heading my way, too!
